Privacy Policy — ByTheMath
What we collect, how we use it, what we never do, and how to request deletion.
What we collect
We collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited — retained 90 days), email addresses if you subscribe to rate alerts, and anonymized analytics data not linked to any personally identifiable information. We do not collect financial account numbers, SSNs, or credit scores.
How we use it
We use data to operate our sites, send requested communications, diagnose technical problems, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use your data for advertising targeting or behavioral profiling.
What we don’t do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We do not share email addresses with any financial institution or advertiser. We do not serve behavioral advertising and have no relationship with advertising networks that track users across websites. We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, or advertising cookies of any kind.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember session preferences and collect anonymized analytics only.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any personal data by emailing contact@bythemath.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. California residents have rights under CCPA — we do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. EEA residents have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
Data licensing
ByTheMath licenses anonymized, aggregated rate data to publishers and developers. This data does not include any personally identifiable information. If you have questions about our data licensing program, contact us at contact@bythemath.com.
